NIPS is a globally recognized university providing international study programs for our students. We organized an event in collaboration with Team Bluesky, on 11th December 2024. The representatives Arundhati Ghosh and Satabdi Banerjee, conducted a presentation at NIPS, Kolkata, for the first, second, and third-year Hospitality students pursuing their Diploma or Degree programs. The objective of the session was divided into two sections, including the Singapore Study Tour and the Final Year Study Program at BHMS, Switzerland. The first part of the presentation focused on the Singapore Study Tour, which is scheduled for the end of February. The three-day tour to the Nanyang Institute of Management (NIM), Singapore, is a unique opportunity for students to expand their knowledge of hospitality through interactive classes and cultural exploration. The program focuses on Hospitality Operations Management, Entrepreneurship in Hospitality, and Food & Beverage Management. The field tour also includes sightseeing popular destinations like Marina Bay Sands and Sentosa Island to enhance professional skills while understanding cultural preferences.

For the second phase of the event, our representative explained BHMS’s Hospitality programs in Switzerland that allow NIPS students to transfer to the third year. Aspiring students can submit their academic records, CVs, and proof of English proficiency to meet the necessary requirements. The program includes advanced hospitality and business management courses as well as 4-6 months of paid internships in Switzerland’s renowned hospitality sector. Upon graduation, BHMS helps students secure international job placements through strong industry connections.
