Making chocolates is a dream of every desert lover. NIPS hosted an exciting chocolate workshop on 31st May 2024 with our students, principal and faculty members. The special guest who made a lasting impression at the workshop was Chef Afaque Ahmed. It was a great opportunity to understand our students’ skills, creativity and capability of time management and handling pressure.

The workshop introduced our students to the art of making chocolates. It was a hands-on session, which allowed students to explore different ingredients and methods of making delicious chocolates. Chocolate making is a delicate process that requires proper tampering and trying different flavours. The chocolate-making workshop became a fun and interactive experience for our students. Chef Afaque Ahmed was extremely patient and passionate in explaining the process and answering the questions of every student.
