Hello, I am Ritabrata Biswas, graduated in 2016. One day I conveyed my worry to Chef Gomes that I had little experience to the kitchen throughout my industrial training. Sir reassured me by stating, "You want to be a chef; you will be a chef, you will do mistake 1000 times, I will make you correct for 1000 times."
